At SAFEAS, premium natural cosmetics – Made in Germany are at the heart of everything we do. From the initial idea to the finished jar, every product is developed and manufactured directly at our company headquarters in Munich. This allows us to guarantee transparency, traceability, and full control over every step of the production process.
At SAFEAS, quality always comes first. All products are made exclusively from natural raw materials, including high-quality cold-pressed plant oils, butters, waxes, plant juices, and herbal extracts. Whenever possible, we use ingredients from certified organic cultivation or carefully managed wild harvesting.
We also consistently avoid chemically synthetic and potentially harmful ingredients: no mineral oils, silicones, PEGs, synthetic preservatives, or artificial fragrance oils. We likewise refrain from using harsh surfactants and sulfates, as they can have a lasting negative impact not only on the skin but also on the environment. Instead, we rely on high-quality, functional, and safe natural ingredients — preferably sourced from certified organic farming — to ensure maximum effectiveness, skin compatibility, and sustainability.
Every product begins with an idea. Once the product function, desired properties, and packaging have been defined and all legal requirements have been reviewed, our laboratory begins developing the formulation.
More than 100 formulations are tested, while physical, chemical, bacteriological, and dermatological tests ensure both effectiveness and skin compatibility. In addition, external experts, independent institutes, and dermatologists conduct further safety and quality assessments.
Thanks to production in small batches, we combine state-of-the-art technology with meticulous craftsmanship. In this way, products of exceptional effectiveness, freshness, and quality are created — genuine premium natural cosmetics – Made in Germany.
Sustainability is a top priority for us. That is why we rely on environmentally friendly and resource-efficient manufacturing processes, ensure the optimal biodegradability of our ingredients, and use recyclable packaging. In doing so, we actively contribute to the protection of both people and nature.
All processes — from development and production to filling and packaging — remain entirely in our own hands. Only in this way can we secure the highest product quality and ensure that every formulation meets the standards of premium natural cosmetics.
